About Me
I am a bioinformatician with a background in RNA 3D structures. As this is a quite unprofitable activity, I have reoriented myself towards bioinformatics support, consulting, tool-/workflow- and pipeline development. In the recent years, I have worked in a sequencing core in Norwich, UK, developing, maintaining and running short read sequencing production pipelines. Fleeing Brexit, I have recently joined EMBL and all of a sudden found myself working for GHGA/CoGDat as part of EMBL's contribution to the project.
