About Me
I've been working as a bioinformatician in some way since 2012, after graduating from UC San Diego in 2014 I worked in the field of personalized cancer therapies before moving to Munich to complete my master's degree. After a thesis focusing on diagnostics within rare diseases with Professor Gagneur I was hired by GHGA to work on the data processing pipelines.
I am excited to standardize and improve the quality of genetic data processing throughout Germany. I hope that a simple but effective pipeline for submitting, storing, and processing data can lead to both better patient care and improved research capacity.
