About Me
I obtained my PhD in Biochemistry at Cornell University studying the interactions between the gut microbiome and the innate immune system. Afterwards I worked for a few years in a microbiome services company based in the US, followed by multi-omics-focused postdoc at EMBL Heidelberg. Now, as a Data Steward at GHGA in Tübingen, I work to make sure sensitive data is handled in a systematic and secure manner, and am excited to help develop the tools here at GHGA to do so.
