About Me
With a background in biology, I discovered early in my studies a strong interest in solving biological problems through programming. This led me to focus on method development, data analysis, and eventually data engineering in the field of mass spectrometry-based proteomics, where I now build scalable, cloud-based analysis platforms.
Within the GHGA Team I work on building a trusted research environment to enable analysis of cancer genome data.
