About Me
I studied Biology, followed by a master's degree in Organismic Biology, Evolutionary Biology and Palaeobiology. During my master's, I learned programming, as well as handling and analyzing genomic data of various organisms. In my master's thesis I developed a pipeline to identify viruses in the intestinal microbiome of Parkinson's disease patients.
As a PhD student within GHGA, I will be involved in standardization and harmonization of data and metadata, as well as developing a platform for COVID-19 data.
