About Me
My background is on Molecular Biology and Genetics (METU) and I did my master and doctorate on Bioinformatics (METU). In parallel to my PhD I was also working in a private company where I trained on bioinformatic tools and pipelines, optimizations, cloud computing.
I was also involved in a couple of population studies connected to the company. I believe those national efforts make my way to GHGA which is a very big initiative in Germany. Within GHGA, I will be part of workflow team and working with Daniel Hübschmann's team.
