I am a molecular biologist by training and a specialist in the field of epigenetics with a focus on DNA-methylation and chromatin accessibility. After working in the lab for several years, I gradually turned to project management and outreach, including scientific coordination within the German Epigenome Program (DEEP) and management of the Single Cell Omics Germany network (SCOG).
Within GHGA I will be responsible for community development and outreach activities for e.g. the single cell and epigenetics communities.
