I hold a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences and have a strong interest in data management. I enjoy working at the intersection of science and technology, especially when it involves supporting researchers and improving how scientific data is organized and stored. Combining my scientific background with customer care is particularly rewarding to me, as I like helping users navigate data-related challenges.
