GHGA Workshop at GfH meeting

GHGA will organise a workshop titled “The German Human Genome-Phenome Archive (GHGA): Best practice examples for shared genome data usage” at the annual meeting of the German Society for Human Genetics. The workshop will be held on March 16th between 11:45am and 12:45am.

The workshop will be moderated by Dr. Anna Benet-Pages and Janika Kiltz. There will be three speakers, giving short presentations about different aspects of archiving data:

  • a short introduction of GHGA - by Dr. Jan Eufinger, DKFZ Heidelberg
  • a talk about the importance of Metadata - by Dr. Anandhi Iyappan, EMBL
  • "how to use" demonstration of the GHGA metadata catalog - by Hazal Sezer, Tübingen Unviersity

The event will be held in English. To participate a registration at the GfH annual meeting is needed.
