This webinar provides a comprehensive guide to the GHGA Data Access Request (DAR) process, offering practical insights into how to access and share data securely and in a compliant manner.

We will break down the essential legal framework, clarifying the distinct responsibilities of key roles such as Data Controllers, Data Processors, and Data Access Committees (DACs). Participants will also gain a deeper understanding of the critical documentation required for secure exchange, including Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs).

The webinar will be held by GHGA Data Protection Expert Simon Parker from the University of Heidelberg and it is aimed at everyone interested in using the GHGA Data Portal.
