We will also cover the integration of software containers and the deployment of workflows across various cloud and cluster environments without changing a single line of code.

This webinar is aimed at students, early career researchers, clinicians, bioinformaticians and everyone interested in streamlining complex data analysis using Nextflow.  

The webinar will be held by GHGA Workflows expert and Newtflow ambassador Kübra Narci from the German Cancer Research Centre in Heidelberg.
