In this webinar, you can learn more about the end-to-end submission process for research data to the German Human Genome-Phenome Archive. We will cover how to establish the necessary legal framework, prepare GDPR-compliant research data, format non-personal metadata for the GHGA Data Portal, and securely upload your data files to the GHGA infrastructure.
This webinar is aimed at students, early career researchers, clinicians, bioinformaticians, data stewards, and everyone interested in human genome data management, open science, and secure data sharing.
