About Me
I did my bachelors in biotechnology in India followed by a masters and PhD in Bioinformatics in Germany. Throughout my career I have been working with NGS data and developing methods and workflows to analyse data. I like working as an interface between biologists and bioinformaticians to make the most of the vast amounts of biological/medical data that is around us.
At GHGA I am working with the workflow development and maintenance team where I plan to use my skills to facilitate the use of GHGA workflows for genomic research in Germany.
