As a bioinformatician and someone having deep knowledge in molecular biology, I contribute at GHGA in building automated data pipelines and to understand the spatial resolved datasets and integrating multiomics approaches in medical conditions. I aim to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and what dry lab approaches can offer to understand deep patterns in biological data.
