I am a Bioinformatician by training but gravitated towards software development and cloud computing in data-intensive contexts during recent years.
This is why I joined the GHGA team as a software developer at the office in Heidelberg. I am contributing to the design and implementation of the central microservice infrastructure. Moreover, I am passionate about creating tools that support the development of big-data workflows and their scalable execution on our cloud infrastructure.
